Due to continued growth, they are looking to welcome an enthusiastic Customer Service Consultant to join their Brisbane-based contact centre team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people and wants to build a long-term career in customer service and sales.
Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates from hospitality, retail, customer service, or other people-focused industries.
About the role As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries and converting these calls into sales by providing outstanding service and identifying the best solutions for each customer.
Reporting directly to the Call Centre Manager, you'll receive ongoing coaching and support to help you succeed.
Comprehensive training is available with flexible sessions between 7:00am and 5:00pm , with three timeslots to suit your availability.
Key Responsibilities Your role will include but not be limited to: Answering inbound customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Building rapport and understanding each customer's needs.
Converting inbound enquiries into sales opportunities.
Providing accurate product and service information.
Maintaining customer records within the CRM system.
Working towards individual and team sales targets.
Delivering an exceptional customer experience on every interaction.




Skills Experience We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and has a positive, can-do attitude.
You will ideally have: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales or another customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A confident and professional phone manner.
A genuine passion for helping customers.
A willingness to learn and be coached.
Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
A motivated attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
