What you'll bring ✔ Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) ✔ Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) ✔ Current QLD Working with Children Check ✔ Experience leading practice improvements and supporting educator development ✔ Passion for mentoring, coaching, and building educator capability Ready to join our team?
