17th July, **** We are currently seeking a Civil Supervisors for family-owned civil and construction mining contractors delivering civil bulk earthworks, drainage and infrastructure projects.
Roster: 2/1 Day Shift only Site: BHP FMG Sites Immediate Starts available About the Role Supervising and leading site personnel and plant operators.
Planning and coordinating daily construction activities.
Promoting and maintaining a robust safety culture.
Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and project schedules.
Coordinating labour, plant and materials to maximise productivity.
Conducting pre-starts, toolbox meetings and site inspections.
Building positive relationships with clients, suppliers and your project team.




About You Schedule 26 White Card BHP or FMG Inducted Previous experience supervising civil construction projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage crews.
Experience delivering earthworks, roadworks, drainage, concrete or similar civil infrastructure works.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A current C Class Driver's Licence Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug alcohol screening.
