An established and highly respected fire protection contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Fire Services Sales Manager Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, mentor an established sales team and strengthen the company's presence across the NSW market.

Reporting directly to the General Manager and Director, this is a genuine leadership opportunity for an experienced fire industry professional who enjoys combining business development, sales strategy and team management.
The Opportunity: This is a true hybrid leadership role where you will be responsible for both driving new business and leading an established estimating/sales support function.
You will oversee a small team of estimators within the minor works division, providing coaching, reviewing tenders and quotations, improving sales conversion, and supporting their ongoing development.
Alongside this, you will actively develop new business opportunities, strengthen existing client relationships, and play a key role in the company's tendering and bid strategy.
Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a small team of estimators within the minor works division Support the team with quoting, tender submissions and sales conversion activities Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, infrastructure and government sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants and industry stakeholders Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through to contract award Prepare and present tenders,



proposals and commercial submissions Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline with forecasting and reporting Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery Represent the business at industry networking events and forums About You You will be a commercially strong sales leader with proven experience in the fire protection industry and a track record of winning work and developing client relationships.
