About AVIVO We work alongside people and families who need personalized support due to disability, ageing, or mental health experiences.
Our work is entirely community‐based, which means support happens in people's homes and out in the community rather than in a centre or facility.
This hands‐on role includes personal care, domestic assistance, and community access support.
Opportunities are available across Yanchep, Two Rocks Woodridge locations.
We provide all the training you need — all you bring is a positive, can‐do attitude and a willingness to learn.

Our rosters offer flexibility to suit your lifestyle, with a mix of weekday shifts and potential weekend opportunities available.
We're looking for team members who can provide consistent support across agreed days, while still benefiting from a roster that can adapt to your availability.
You'll start with a small amount of hours initially, with the opportunity to increase your hours over time if desired.
What You'll Do: Provide personal care Domestic assistance (cleaning meal prepping) Social support including assistance with trips in and around the community Regular communication and engagement with your local team You'll need: A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle (essential)
Current NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to obtain one Ability to facilitate people to develop and sustain their own social connections and relationships Excellent communication skills and a can do attitude to help ensure our customers receive flexible and individualised support Ability to assist with physical tasks and help with mobility as needed.
