Overview
Our client is a national services organisation delivering essential, people‐centric services through a large, geographically dispersed network. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will lead and inspire a large, geographically dispersed workforce across a national, multi‐site operating environment. You will play a central role in shaping and embedding a unified operating model, establishing clear ways of working, consistent standards, and streamlined processes that enable frontline teams to deliver reliable, high‐quality services efficiently and sustainably.
In this role, you will be integral in supporting and empowering the team across the network. By championing digital tools, streamlined processes, and a culture of continuous improvement,



you will create an workplace where people feel supported, valued, and equipped to perform at their very best.
This role would suit a senior operations leader with experience overseeing large, dispersed workforces in complex, multi‐site service environments. You are comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands‐on level and thrive in organisations navigating change, growth, and increasing operational maturity.
