About the role Deputy is a global SaaS company focused on workforce management for 1.5 million hourly workers across 375,000 workplaces. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive our product strategy as we transition into an AI-native organization.

What you'll do
Lead product initiatives that carry significant strategic weight for our portfolio.
Define and communicate a clear product vision to motivate cross-functional teams.
Execute market positioning strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
Coordinate across departments to ensure company-wide alignment on strategic goals.
Architect scalable solutions for complex product hurdles.
Use advanced analytics to identify growth paths and inform decision-making.
Mentor junior product managers to encourage professional development.
Manage stakeholder relationships through transparent and consistent communication.
Identify and resolve potential risks before they impact the product roadmap.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
6-8 years of product management experience,



including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity within a SaaS environment.
Technical aptitude including the ability to read API documentation, understand data models, and collaborate with engineering.
Proficiency in troubleshooting REST APIs and interpreting payloads.
Ability to analyze complex compliance, payroll, and award interpretation scenarios.
Capacity to translate ambiguous requirements into actionable product plans.
Nice to have
MBA or advanced degree.
Experience with payroll systems, employment legislation, or pay compliance.
