Expression of Interest – Trainer / Learning Facilitator We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from motivated trainers, facilitators, and learning professionals who are passionate about empowering individuals through education and skills development.

Key Responsibilities Facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences.
Design, customise, and deliver training materials to meet diverse learning needs.
Identify learner strengths, development areas, and progression goals.
Monitor participation and learning outcomes, providing support where required.
Maintain accurate learner records and relevant documentation.
Contribute to the review and enhancement of training programs and resources.
Foster positive and professional relationships with learners and key stakeholders.
Ensure all training activities are delivered in line with organisational standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
Essential Skills Experience Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent), or currently working towards obtaining this qualification.




Demonstrated experience delivering training, workshops, education programs, or facilitated learning activities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to inspire, engage, and support learners from a range of backgrounds.
Experience creating or adapting learning materials and training resources.
Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage documentation and competing priorities.
Commitment to inclusive, supportive, and learner-focused practices.
