We are on the hunt for Full time REFRIGERATION MECHANICs and Electricians, who will join us in setting a new standard of customer care within the Electrical industry.
Location: Alice Springs and surrounding Northern Territory locations Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent Position 1: Refrigeration Mechanics Salary: $88,000 - $130,000 Duties and Responsibilities: Install, commission, test and maintain air conditioning and refrigeration systems in residential, commercial and industrial environments.
Diagnose faults and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors and control systems.
Conduct routine servicing, preventative maintenance and performance testing to ensure systems operate efficiently and comply with safety standards.
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, and complete installation, maintenance and service documentation in accordance with industry requirements.
Skills / Experience / Specific Qualifications Required: Relevant trade qualification AQF Certificate III or IV with at least one year of relevant experience.
Alternatively, at least three years of full-time relevant experience in lieu of a formal qualification.
• BMS, Chillers experience is desirable but not essential.
• Domestic Commercial maintenance, service installation work • Organising, mentoring working with Apprentices (desirable) • Drivers License Position 2: Electrician Salary: $88,000 - $100,000 The Electrician is responsible for safely carrying out electrical installation, maintenance, testing, fault-finding and repair work across commercial, residential, industrial and government sites.
The position requires a high standard of workmanship, compliance with electrical and workplace safety requirements, accurate job documentation and professional communication with clients, supervisors and other employees.
Key Responsibilities Carrying out electrical installation, maintenance, repairs and upgrades.




Diagnosing electrical faults and completing appropriate repairs.
Installing and repairing lighting, power outlets, switchboards, circuits, cabling and electrical equipment.
Performing testing, inspection and verification of completed electrical work.
Completing preventative and scheduled maintenance.
Reading and interpreting plans, specifications, wiring diagrams and job instructions.
Isolating electrical supplies and applying lock-out and tag-out procedures.
Ensuring all work complies with applicable electrical legislation, Australian Standards, manufacturer requirements and company procedures.
Identifying hazards and implementing suitable control measures before commencing work.
Completing risk assessments, Take 5s, Safe Work Method Statements and other safety documentation as required.
Reporting hazards, incidents, injuries, near misses and damaged equipment immediately.
Using company systems and applications as directed, including Bright HR, Uptick and other job management platforms.
Ensuring electrical test equipment is properly maintained and calibrated where required.
Participating in toolbox meetings, training, inductions and workplace consultations.
Assisting apprentices and less-experienced employees with safe work practices and technical development.
Qualifications and Licences A recognised electrical trade qualification (preferable) A current Northern Territory electrical worker licence appropriate to the work performed.
A current Australian driver licence.
Construction Industry White Card.
Current CPR and Low Voltage Rescue training.
Any required working with children, police, defence, government or site-specific clearances.
Additional licences or competencies relevant to assigned duties.
Position 3: Fire Protection Technician Salary: $74,000 - $80,000 The Fire Protection Technician is responsible for inspecting, testing, servicing, maintaining, repairing and installing fire protection equipment and systems across commercial, residential, industrial, government and remote sites.




The position requires a high standard of technical work, accurate record keeping, compliance with applicable fire protection standards and workplace safety requirements, and qualified communication with clients, occupants, site representatives and other employees.
Key Responsibilities Inspecting, testing and maintaining fire protection equipment and systems.
Completing scheduled and preventative fire equipment servicing.
Servicing portable fire extinguishers, fire blankets and related portable equipment.
Inspecting and testing fire hose reels, fire hydrants and associated components.
Inspecting and testing emergency lighting and illuminated exit signs where appropriately trained and authorised.
Assisting with the inspection and testing of fire detection, alarm and occupant warning systems where appropriately qualified and authorised.
Inspecting fire doors, smoke doors and associated hardware where required.
Inspecting fire pumps, tanks, sprinkler systems, booster assemblies and associated equipment where appropriately trained and authorised.
Identifying damaged, missing, expired, non-compliant or unsuitable fire protection equipment.
Carrying out minor repairs and replacing approved components within the technician's training, competency and authority.
Installing fire extinguishers, fire blankets, signs, brackets and other approved fire protection equipment.
Ensuring fire equipment is correctly located, accessible, labelled and securely installed.
Applying and completing service tags and labels accurately.
Confirming asset identification and updating equipment records.
Participating in toolbox meetings, training, inductions and workplace consultation.
Assisting trainees and less-experienced employees within the technician's level of experience and authority.
Qualifications, Training and Licences - preferably, candidates with the following: Relevant fire protection inspection and testing qualifications or recognised competencies appropriate to the duties performed.
A current Australian driver licence.
Construction Industry White Card.
Relevant fire equipment servicing competencies.
Working at heights training where required.
Elevated Work Platform training where required.
Current CPR and Low Voltage Rescue training where electrical risks are present or required.
