Matrix Steel is looking to appoint a full-time, permanent Customer Service Scheduling Coordinator to join our Wide Bay team servicing projects across the region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to become an integral part of our growing team.
What You'll Be Doing: Supporting customers from quotation through to project completion.
Coordinating schedules, deliveries, and project activities.
Building strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
Keeping projects organised and on track through proactive communication.
Solving problems and helping deliver a positive customer experience.




Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Skills Attributes: Strong communication skills.
Preferred – Roofing experience or knowledge.
Highly organised and driven individual.
Pro-Active and self-driven.
Ability to think on your feet / adapt to situations as needed.
Strong personable skills to deal with many different people.
