Entry Level Geotechnical Engineers – Sydney
Rapid Geo Pty Ltd is one of Sydney's fastest-growing geotechnical engineering consultancies, and we're looking for multiple enthusiastic entry-level engineers or geologists to join our construction phase engineering team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in geotechnical engineering with plenty of hands‐on field experience and genuine career progression.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Geology
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Australian driver's licence (or ability to obtain one)
What You'll Be Doing
As a Construction Phase Geotechnical Engineer, you'll be working on major infrastructure and building projects across Sydney, including:
Pile inspections
Excavation inspections
Bearing capacity inspections
Proof rolling and subgrade assessments
Site investigations and geotechnical testing




Preparing site records and technical reports
Working closely with contractors, builders and project managers

Starting salary of $75,000 + Super
Fully maintained company vehicle (all expenses paid)
