Our client is a growing, community-based allied health provider delivering NDIS-funded services across Sydney via a mix of in-home visits and telehealth.
They're known for genuine, person-centred care, consistent communication, and a supportive team culture — and they're now looking for a contracting Occupational Therapist to join them 1–2 days a week.
What's on offer: $106–$124 per hour, depending on experience 1–2 days a week — build this around other work or life commitments Full autonomy to manage your own caseload and schedule Mix of community/in-home visits and telehealth flexibility Supportive, communicative team — you won't be left to figure it out alone Work across a friendly, established client base in Sydney's Hills District, Greater Parramatta, Ryde/Macquarie Park, Upper North Shore and Inner West regions What you'll be doing:
Delivering NDIS-funded Occupational Therapy services to a caseload of community-based clients Conducting functional assessments and building practical, goal-focused treatment plans Recommending and supporting assistive technology, home modifications and everyday living strategies Working both face-to-face in clients' homes and via telehealth Documenting progress and communicating outcomes clearly with clients and the broader care team What you'll need: Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist Experience working within the NDIS framework (community or disability sector experience highly regarded) A valid driver's licence and access to a car for community visits Solid communication skills and a genuinely client-centred approach Comfort working independently and managing your own time Why this role?
