We're partnering with a well-established organisation to find an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Systems Administrator who can confidently manage BAU administration while also leading enhancements, release activity, and problem-solving across the business.
You'll sit at the centre of HR tech - working closely with HR, Payroll, IT and external partners to ensure the platform performs at its best.

regression testing and deployment Monitor and uplift system health, performance and data integrity Troubleshoot complex issues and act as the escalation point for BAU incidents and platform defects Partner with HR, Payroll, IT and external SAP/implementation vendors to deliver enhancements and best practice outcomes Maintain governance, documentation, controls and continuous improvement cadence About you: Robust hands-on experience administering SAP SuccessFactors in a production environment Deep experience with Employee Central (essential) Demonstrated support of SuccessFactors Recruiting Confident with RBP, MDF, workflows, business rules and configuration-driven problem solving Experience supporting a major upgrade, release cycle, or implementation (highly regarded) Strong stakeholder management—able to translate technical detail into practical business outcomes SuccessFactors certifications highly regarded Exposure to Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is highly regarded Who are we, and what's next?
