Based at their Brisbane CBD Corporate Head Office and reporting to the Team Leader, Financial Accounting, this is a well rounded accounting role offering genuine exposure to both property and corporate finance in a collaborative, high performing team.
The Opportunity You will take ownership of management accounts across a portfolio of properties whilst contributing to corporate reporting obligations for both Australian and Current Zealand entities.
This is a hands on role suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys variety in their work.
Key Responsibilities Preparation of multiple P L statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance commentary across a multi property portfolio GST, cash flow, bank, and inter company reconciliations Quarterly and annual owner reporting in accordance with contractual obligations Supporting annual budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes Preparation of monthly BAS, annual FBT returns,



and statutory financial statements Debtor management, creditor payment review, and service fee invoicing Providing support and backup to other members of the finance team What You'll Bring CA/CPA commenced or nearing completion (or equivalent) Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar accounting role Multi entity experience - confident preparing accounts across multiple companies or branches Strong analytical and variance analysis skills Proven experience in budgeting and forecasting Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Excellent communication skills - able to explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders Experience with Microsoft Business Central and/or BI360 is advantageous, as is experience in Property.
