About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team in
Point Vernon.
We're currently seeking a new
part-time
team member to provide in-home support and community access and helping ensure our clients are able to live as independently as possible.
Your day may include:
Providing personal care tailored to each customers' needs
Helping with tasks like cleaning, tidying and meal prep
Assisting with manual handling tasks
Supporting community access – appointments, shopping or outings
Creating safe, calm and structured environments
What We're Looking For
A genuine interest in supporting people with disabilities
Flexibility to accommodate shifts as required, including sleep-over shifts
Patience,



empathy and a commitment to consistent support
Valid driver's licence (P2 or Open)
First Aid and CPR certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
QLD Blue Card
