Beckons is seeking a Guest Services Agent for Southern Ocean Lodge on Kangaroo Island to be the central contact for guests throughout their stay, handling arrivals, departures, bookings and concierge requests. You will work closely with all lodge departments to ensure every interaction reflects the Beckons standard.
This residential role includes accommodation and meals provided at a reduced rate, and requires flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
