About the role
An opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our nursing team in U2 for a fixed-term Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) role.
Working closely with the Nurse Unit Managers and multidisciplinary team, the ANUM provides clinical leadership and operational support to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
The successful applicant will demonstrate solid clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture.

Located in Rushworth, Waranga Health is a 36-bed aged-care facility.
The health service includes a four-bed acute care unit,



a district nursing service, outpatient ambulatory consulting services and a dedicated palliative care suite and respite bed.
Care and treatment are provided 24 hours a day by a talented multidisciplinary team working across a range of medical, nursing and allied health services.
