The ICT Procurement and Sourcing Lead is responsible for leading procurement planning, sourcing strategies and procurement governance across the Information Services Division (ISD).
The role provides a single point of coordination for divisional procurement activities, ensuring sourcing outcomes are aligned with business priorities, government procurement policies and departmental governance requirements.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
Proven experience managing end-to-end procurement processes in accordance with government or corporate procurement requirements.
Experience preparing ICT procurement documentation, evaluation materials and executive approval submissions.
Strong understanding of procurement governance, risk management and probity principles.
Experience in ICT procurement, software licensing, cloud services, managed services and technology sourcing.
Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence outcomes across diverse business areas.
This is an ongoing position.
The work location for this position is Melbourne CBD hybrid work arrangements available.
