Job Description
This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic dental team.
The role involves both clinical and administrative responsibilities including, but not limited to, chairside assistance during procedures, maintaining treatment rooms according to infection control standards, preparing instruments, and ensuring dental supplies are well-stocked.
Reception duties include, but not limited to, managing patient communication, scheduling appointments, processing billing, and handling banking.
, Greet and prepare patients for scheduled dental appointments
Provide assistance to the dental operator
Prepare treatment rooms and clean and sterilise instruments
Provide administrative support
Manage incoming calls and emails
Maintenance and re-stock of dental and office supplies
Schedule appointments and manage all recent and existing patient enquires
Prepare documented treatment plans for patients
Prepare accounts and collect payments, Opportunities to undertake a Certificate in Dental Assisting or other relevant training may be supported

Formal qualifications are not required (can provide all training on the job)
Reception experience is an advantage, but not essential
