L1 Support Engineer - $60k + Super L2 Support Engineer - Up to $90k + Super Key Skills L1 or L2 IT Support Active Directory (AD) Microsoft 365 Desktop Support Service Desk Broad Microsoft Infrastructure knowledge Highly Regarded Healthcare industry experience Healthcare applications/systems Networking CrowdStrike Veeam Linux FortiGate They're far more interested in attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn than someone who ticks every technical box.
