About the role As a Family Law Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting solicitors with a wide range of family law matters.
Your responsibilities will include: Drafting legal documents and correspondence Preparing court bundles and affidavits Managing client files and maintaining accurate records Liaising with clients, courts, and other stakeholders Assisting with discovery and disclosure processes Providing general administrative support to the legal team About you Minimum 2 years' experience in family law (paralegal or legal assistant level)
Strong understanding of family law procedures and documentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in legal practice management software(LEAP, Smokeball, FilePro) Why join?
