About the role: We are looking for a dedicated Site Access Coordinator to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in coordinating their owned and managed assets' installation, maintenance, enhancement, and repair activities.
As a Coordinator, you'll have a wide range of responsibilities that truly impact the operations: Your responsibilities will include: Manage incoming phone calls related to the national tower inventory.
Receive, record, and coordinate site access activities for the national tower inventory.
Collaborate closely with field operatives to schedule site visits and inspections.
Generate, track, and successfully close work orders and trouble tickets.
Skilfully coordinate work permits for customer-requested tasks.
Expertly handle planned and unplanned power outages in partnership with our valued customers.
Maintain meticulous maintenance histories and oversee preventative maintenance programs.
Provide valuable technical support to our Site Management Centre.
Offer your skills in routine maintenance and repairs at our sites.




Maintain accurate key registers for all sites, including site access and hazard information.
We are seeking candidates with the following skills: Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially word processing, databases, and spreadsheets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a specific focus on telephone communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience and Qualifications: Business administration background or three years of related work experience.
Experience in fault management or Network Operations Centre management.
Contract management experience.
Experience in the Telecommunications industry.
Asset maintenance experience.
Understanding of technical fields and terminology.
