About the Role: Arnotts are investing in our high performing field team.
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Territory Manager to take ownership of our VIC Warrnambool territory, covering Warrnambool, Colac, Torquay, Hamilton, and Portland.
This is a well-established, high-value territory where success will come from maintaining strong in-store partnerships and consistently elevating execution across a diverse regional and resort trading store network.
You'll play a critical role in growing our market-leading brands by strengthening relationships across the grocery channel and driving best-in-class in-store standards.
What your day looks like: Lead, coach and develop a team of 2 Merchandisers to deliver consistent execution Build trusted relationships with key in-store decision makers Drive best-in-class merchandising and compliance execution Identify and deliver incremental sales opportunities across the territory Manage territory performance across 28-store territory (7 Coles, 9 Woolworths, 12 Independent)
