Real Estate Property Facilities Manager Sydney Temp Posted: 4/8/2026 $70-$72 p/h Lead risk, compliance, and contractor management across three sites Drive operational excellence and ensure high standards in facilities management Support budgeting, reporting, and sustainability initiatives for client assets Property Network of Australia is seeking a Commercial Facilities Manager to join a leading property and asset management business to oversee three assets on a circa five month long service leave cover contarct.
Our client is committed to providing comprehensive facilities management to its clients, driving compliance, and supporting client growth in the property sector.
We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing risk, compliance, and building services within commercial property assets.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of one CBD commercial asset and a further two industrial sites, ensuring all facilities, contractors, and compliance requirements are managed to the highest standards.
You will be responsible for risk management, contractor supervision, and supporting capital works, while maintaining solid relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
You will also contribute to budgeting, reporting, and sustainability initiatives,



ensuring all operations align with legislative and client requirements.
Key Duties Responsibilities: Implement and monitor risk management and compliance plans Supervise contractors, cleaning, and security to maintain site standards Manage preventative and reactive maintenance schedules Contribute to budgeting, reporting, and business planning processes Coordinate capital works and tenancy fitouts with stakeholders Respond to tenant requests and ensure superior client service The ideal candidate will have: Compulsory Commercial asset exposure (not residential) Proven experience in facilities or property management Strong knowledge of risk, compliance, and building services Proficiency in property management systems and MS Office Suite Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Financial aptitude and strong report writing abilities If you think this role is for you and you have the required experience (as detailed above) then please do not hesitate to contact Eddie Reed by submitting your CV and a covering letter and they will be in touch with more information on the role and our client.
