Euroa Health is seeking passionate and dedicated Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our team, offering permanent part time with afternoon, or night shifts. As a team member of our nursing team,
you'll play a pivotal role in delivering patient-centred care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and care.
Reporting to the Aged Care Manage, you will:
Provide evidence-based nursing care to residents in accordance with professional standards and organisational policies.
Undertake resident assessments and contribute to care planning and evaluation.
Deliver holistic care that responds to residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
Monitor, assess and report changes in resident conditions.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records.
Support admissions, transfers and discharge planning processes.
Contribute to quality improvement activities and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
Work collaboratively with residents, families, medical practitioners and the wider multidisciplinary team.
What You'll Need
Diploma of Nursing / Certificate IV in Nursing (Enrolled/Division 2 Nursing)
Registration with AHPRA
A current NDSI Worker Screening Check and WWCC
Demonstrated Aged Care experience preferred
Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
Exceptional communication skills
