About the Company An established commercial contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a range of fitout and refurbishment projects across Brisbane.
The business has a strong pipeline across commercial offices, hospitality, retail and complex refurbishment works, with projects ranging from smaller fast-paced upgrades through to larger, technically detailed fitouts.
About the Role You will take full responsibility for project delivery from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the internal delivery team.
Key responsibilities include: Managing projects from award through to handover Programming, procurement and subcontractor coordination Managing budgets, variations, claims and commercial performance Client and consultant management Driving safety, quality and programme outcomes Leading site and contract administration teams Identifying and resolving project risks early Ensuring projects are delivered profitably and to a high standard About You You will ideally have:



Experience delivering commercial fitout and refurbishment projects Proven experience as a Project Manager within a head contractor environment Strong commercial and contract administration capability The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-moving programmes Excellent communication and client-facing skills A practical, solutions-focused approach to delivery Relevant construction qualifications Experience across occupied environments, hospitality, retail or technically complex refurbishment projects would be highly regarded.
