With continued growth comes an exciting opportunity for an experienced Strata Manager to join their high-performing team.
The Opportunity You'll be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 1,000 lots , supported by a dedicated administration and accounts team who take care of much of the behind-the-scenes work.
This allows you to focus on providing exceptional service to your clients and growing long-term relationships.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of strata properties from end to end Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, councils, contractors and key stakeholders Preparing and chairing Annual General Meetings (AGMs)



and Council Meetings Preparing meeting agendas and issuing professional meeting minutes Preparing and managing annual budgets Providing expert advice on strata legislation and governance Coordinating contractors and overseeing maintenance matters Delivering exceptional customer service while resolving issues professionally and efficiently About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience as a Strata Manager (essential) A strong understanding of WA Strata legislation Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Outstanding organisation and time management abilities Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach High attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service What's in it for You?
