A well-established national Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a Mid to Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Brisbane office.

Role Overview This role is suited to a Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years' consultancy experience looking to take the next step in their career.
You'll work across both pre-contract and post-contract services, supporting the delivery of projects from early cost planning through to final account.
Experience across high-rise residential and/or healthcare projects will be highly regarded.
You'll work closely with experienced senior professionals while taking ownership of your own projects and developing your client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities • Prepare cost plans, estimates and feasibility studies across all project stages • Undertake quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities • Manage tender documentation, procurement and tender evaluations • Complete cost reporting, forecasting and financial analysis • Assess variations, progress claims and final accounts • Liaise with clients,
