Drive process improvements and influence business growth The Company: Our client is an established boutique luxury residential builder delivering some of Perth's most impressive custom homes.
Founded several years ago and grown organically from a sole-trader operation into a respected high-end residential business, they have built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, exceptional client service and delivering bespoke architectural homes of the highest standard.
With a growing pipeline of work and ambitious plans for the future, they are now seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to take ownership of the commercial and contract administration function within the business.
The Opportunity: This is far more than a traditional Contract Administrator role.
Working directly alongside the Director, you will become a key member of a close-knit team and play an instrumental role in the ongoing growth of the business.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to review, improve and implement systems and processes, helping to create greater efficiencies and scalability as the company continues to expand.
You will be trusted to take the lead on all contract administration responsibilities while providing valuable commercial support across multiple luxury residential projects.
This role will suit someone who enjoys autonomy, wants to make a genuine impact and is excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing builder.
Requirements:
