YOUR NEW ROLE As part of the winning Property Team reporting to a multi-talented Property Partner (who is also a property developer), you will love the high autonomy+ challenge+ satisfaction of managing your own conveyancing files from start to finish (predominantly high-end residential developments/off-the plans+ some commercial property ).
Specifically, you will be: liaising with clients/solicitors/banks/real estate agents, preparing sale contracts/other property related documents/correspondence, reviewing/negotiating terms of purchase contracts, attending to exchange+ settlement and finalising post-settlement matters including registration; assist with commercial/retail leases.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: have minimum 4-10+ years conveyancing experience in residential (including off-the plan developments-ESSENTIAL ) AND commercial property (preferable); have a proven success record of running your own conveyancing files from start to finish with minimal supervision; are super organised , can handle a minimum of 30+ files at any given time, are dead-line driven+ have excellent communication and people skills; have high standards of excellence+ have high attention to detail ; have experience using PEXA (essential)+ LEAP (preferable); are willing and able to commit LONG-TERM.
