27th May, **** We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join a well-established aged care provider in Kingaroy, QLD supporting a 100-bed residential aged care facility.
This is a full time opportunity suited to a confident clinician who enjoys providing hands-on clinical leadership, mentoring care teams, and supporting high-quality resident outcomes within a supportive environment.
The Role Reporting to the Service Manager, the Clinical Nurse will play a key leadership role within the home and be responsible for: Providing hands-on clinical leadership and mentoring to care teams Overseeing medication management and clinical documentation Supporting new resident admissions and discharges Assisting with recruitment and workforce planning Ensuring compliance with aged care standards and clinical governance requirements Supporting positive resident outcomes and team culture About You To be considered for this opportunity, you will have: Current unrestricted AHPRA registration Previous clinical leadership experience within aged care Minimum 2 years recent aged care experience Robust clinical assessment and communication skills Valid Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Full working rights within Australia Local candidates are highly preferred.
