You'll work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team, shape evidence based practice and help improve patient flow, recovery and successful discharge across CALHN.
• Lead nutrition care for complex rehabilitation patients • Build person centred care plans and goals • Guide dietitians,
assistants and students • Drive quality improvement and service excellence • Support discharge and hospital avoidance pathways About You You're an experienced dietitian who enjoys leading others, delivering exceptional rehabilitation care and improving outcomes for people with complex health needs.
