About the client Our client is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Officer - Projects to support the delivery of strategic business improvement initiatives, stakeholder engagement activities and service provider partnership frameworks.

About the role Lead and support business improvement and project initiatives that enhance service delivery outcomes.
Develop policies, procedures, guidelines, templates and operational frameworks.
Provide advice and support on stakeholder engagement, governance and service provider management.
Identify and implement process improvements to support efficient and consistent business practices.
Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate across teams to deliver project outcomes.
Ensure activities align with relevant legislation, policy, governance and compliance requirements.




About You Previous experience working within a State Government environment.
Solid project management and business improvement experience.
Exceptional writing skills with experience preparing policies, procedures and guidelines.
Highly developed stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to obtain current police checl Benefits: ASAP commencement.
Contract through to 30 November **** with potential extension.
Brisbane CBD location.
Hybrid working arrangement available (60% office / 40% WFH following probation).
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday ****** hours per week).
AO7 equivalent rate of $***** per hour + super.
