We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential roofing projects from planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and manage roofing construction projects from commencement to completion.
Review project drawings, specifications and contracts to determine project requirements.
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, labour, materials and equipment.
Monitor project progress, quality, costs and timelines, implementing corrective actions where required.
Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Ensure compliance with the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards, WHS legislation and company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections and oversee quality assurance and safety compliance.
Manage contract variations, project documentation and progress reporting.
Coordinate project handover, final inspections and defect rectification.
Skills and Experience At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
