Role Description This is a part-time in office role as a Support Worker.
As a Support Worker at Le Care, you will be responsible for supporting clients with daily living activities, social engagement, and household tasks.
You will provide a high-quality, individualised service that supports our clients' independence and wellbeing, helping them to live the life they choose in their own homes.




Qualifications Experience in the disability or aged care sector is desirable Ability to support clients with social care, assistance with everyday living and household tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families A positive and empathetic attitude towards clients and their families Ability to work independently and as part of a team, using initiative to solve problems and make decisions Cert III in Individual Support or equivalent is desirable, but not essential Valid Australian driver's license and reliable transport is desirable, but not essential Must have current National Police Certificate, WWC, First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
