NTFG Pty Ltd are seeking experienced people for a range of full-time restaurant positions: – Baker ($****** – $******): Bakers' responsibilities include preparing, cooking, cutting and dressing breads, cakes, pies, and pastries using an oven under high temperature.
Other responsibilities are to inspect food products as well as raw materials to ensure conformance to set standard of quality.
– Pastry Cook ($****** – $******): The Pastry Cooks responsibilities include preparing quality pastry items such as breakfast items, desserts, breads, ice creams, sorbets, creams, simple syrups, amenities, displays/centrepieces and special request items.
– Restaurant Manager ($****** – $******): Responsible for the entire business performance of the restaurant.
Set annual, monthly and weekly budgets.
Manage food, liquor and labour costs.
Assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Devise systems.
Set policy and provide guidance and implement changes to ensure quality standards for service and food.
Work with kitchen management to make menu changes and ensure that all communication between the front and back of house is accurate.
Develop cost-saving strategies to increase profit and manage labour costs.
Provide for training to ensure performance objectives are met.
– Barista ($****** – $******): Barista's main responsibility is mixing and serving hot beverages (such as espresso coffee and other hot beverages) for guests and servers.
Barista's also resolve conflicts; enforce liquor and other laws; and perform some supervisory duties.
Use sales techniques to increase revenues.
Also assist with: Preparing beverages for guests and servers.
Serve food in the counter.
Control inventory for counter supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar/counter.
Stock beverage supplies.
Improve establishment menu and drink recipes.
Prepare drink garnishes.
– Waiting Supervisor ($****** – $******): Serve food beverages as well as supervise other food beverage attendants.
Prepare tables for meals, including the complete set up.
Greet guests in a professional manner and provide education about the food and beverage menus, how menu items are prepared, the ingredients used and the different cooking methods.




Inform customers of daily specials.
Check food and beverages for quality and presentation before serving to guest.
Serve food and beverage to guests.
– Chef ($****** – $******): Plan and organise the cooking of food in the Establishments.
Ensures that all kitchens in the establishments provide nutritious, safe, aesthetic, properly flavoured food.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
This position requires a degree from a post-secondary culinary arts training program and a minimum of at least three years in a food-preparation position.
– Cook ($****** – $******): Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality.
Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment.
Preparing and cooking ethno-specific food in accordance with traditional methods specific to a region or culture.
Seasoning food during cooking.
Portioning food, placing it on plates.
Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities.
Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements.
May plan menus and estimate food requirements.
Train other kitchen staff and apprentices in ethno-specific cooking methods and techniques.
Maintain stock control.
Practicing proper workplace health and safety procedures.
Accounts Clerk ($****** – $******): Responsible for bookkeeping, accounting, clerical and administrative tasks, keeping track of balance sheet items such and account receivables and account payables, and updating senior management with the information and resolving their queries.
Process staff weekly payroll, generate leave reports, staff wage reports, etc.
Barperson / Bar Attendant ($****** – $******): Welcome guests and take beverage orders in a friendly and professional manner.
Prepare and serve a selection of drinks such as cocktails, beers, wines,



soft drinks, and coffee.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the bar area.
Handle POS transactions Handle customer payments and assist with daily bar setup.
Monitor stock levels and restock supplies when needed.
Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
Applicants must be experienced and able to work in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment with efficiency.
Bar / Restaurant Manager Oversee daily bar and restaurant operations for smooth service.
Plan menus, drinks, and events with kitchen and bar staff.
Manage food, beverage, and labour costs efficiently.
Set budgets and review performance targets regularly.
Supervise, train, and roster staff for quality service.
Control stock, orders, and supplier coordination.
Ensure RSA, safety, and hygiene compliance.
Support cocktail service and promote sales growth.
Handle customer feedback and report to management.
Keep the venue clean, safe, and welcoming.
Bar Supervisor ($****** – $******): We are seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team in a busy bar/restaurant setting.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of all aspects of bar operations, including stock control, staff supervision, and compliance with RSA and licensing requirements.
Cocktail-making experience is essential, along with excellent customer service and leadership skills.
This role is hands-on and involves supervising bar staff, ensuring efficient service, and contributing to a vibrant, professional atmosphere.
Main Duties: Supervision, training and coordination of food and beverage employees Train, motivate, and support team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
Prepare staff rosters and oversee workflow during busy trading periods.
Monitor drink preparation, presentation, and compliance with RSA and hygiene standards.
Maintain stock control.
Practicing proper workplace health and safety procedures.
Other incidental and peripheral duties as requested by the employer.

We prefer Australian residents however sponsorship may be provided to the right applicant.
