YOUR CURRENT EMPLOYER Our client is a mid-sized sophisticated high-end litigation firm with a flourishing diverse litigation practice+ also independently acknowledged as a key player in the class actions niche.
YOUR NEW ROLE/CAREER As one of the firm's KEY litigators, reporting to an incredibly multi-talented high profile Managing Partner+ another Senior Partner, you will relish the challenge+ autonomy+ diversity of taking full ownership of your 'colourful' high-end litigation practice including:
1) commercial disputes ; and
2) class-actions disputes (with a humanitarian/social justice flavour);
3) administrative law; primarily in the superior (Federal and Supreme) Courts and4) some family law litigation.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: Are a lawyer admitted to practice in NSW with minimum 2 years (or more) post qualification experience in high-end litigation including commercial disputes (preferably with some class actions exp but not essential); Have strong experience litigating in the higher courts- Federal and Supreme Courts (ESSENTIAL); have strong technical, advocacy, negotiation+ client management skills; set yourself high standards +are driven to obtain the best outcomes for clients; thrive in a strong team-focused, down-to-earth, collaborative work environment where high performers are valued+ rewarded.
