A full-time Permanent role for a renowned non-profit organisation helping the growing local Aboriginal community in community service and healthcare, seeking a Financial Accountant, Senior Accountant or a Bookkeeper, to manage the organisations finances and liaise with company stakeholders.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance accountant role $80,000 - $85,000 per annum South Eastern Melbourne, VIC A normal day includes Financial reporting and analysis.
Reviewing and approving financial transactions.
Budgeting and forecasting.
Providing support during audits.
Supervising and training junior accountants.
Ensuring tax compliance and handling tax-related tasks.
Offering financial advice and insights to management.
Identifying and implementing process improvements.
Participating in meetings with other departments and stakeholders.
