We're looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead teams across Support at Home, NDIS, SIL and day programs, bringing greater consistency, structure and workforce capability across services.
You'll stay close to the day-to-day, working with a capable leadership team to improve systems, processes and outcomes over time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead and support frontline teams delivering aged care and disability services Strengthen onboarding, training and support for support workers Oversee workforce planning, rostering and day-to-day operations Reinforce clear expectations and follow-through across the team Work closely with clinical, care and leadership teams AND YOU ARE.

You will also bring:
