What you'll be doing: Build and nurture trusted client partnerships, delivering customised recruitment solutions Drive business development through cold calling, client visits, reverse marketing, and market mapping Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and post-placement care Use platforms like Seek Talent Search and LinkedIn to connect with top talent Provide clients with insights on hiring trends, salaries, and workforce planning Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates Collaborate with colleagues across local, national, and international projects Mentor junior consultants and contribute to a high-performing, supportive team culture What you'll need:
