We are seeking qualified team members to make a difference in supporting our local residents based in Alexandra Hills.
Ability to work independently with a small team of carers and flexibility to cover additional day or night shifts is highly regarded across Monday to Sunday.
About the RoleAs a Personal Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents and work alongside our care team.
Your responsibilities will include:Provide personal care and emotional support to residents Assist with daily living: mobility, meals, social outings and clinical care Review care plans,
