Reporting to the Area Building Manager, your responsibilities will include: Every day is different.
You'll have the autonomy to manage your sites, build strong relationships with trades and customers, and play a pivotal role in delivering homes that change livesLead and coordinate residential construction projects from commencement through to handoverEnsure every home is built to Metricon's exceptional quality standardsManage site safety, compliance, scheduling and overall site performanceBuild strong relationships with customers throughout their building journeyCoordinate and manage subcontractors to achieve production and quality targetsProactively identify and resolve construction issuesEnsure compliance with OH S requirements, building regulations, QA systems, and company processesDeliver homes on time,

The successful candidate will have: Proven experience as a Site Manager within the residential building industry (essential)Medium density experience would be an advantageStrong knowledge of residential construction processes, regulations, and compliance requirementsDemonstrated project management and organisational skillsSolid understanding of OH S regulations and quality assurance systemsThe ability to build trusted relationships with trades, suppliers, and stakeholdersExceptional communication and customer service skillsExperience managing client expectations and resolving issues professionallyKnowledge of new home contracts and construction documentationStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes; andA proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to meet deadlines.
