We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Experience Officer to join our friendly and dedicated team, with the opportunity for the role to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience while helping keep our busy clinic running smoothly.
About the Role This is a varied and rewarding role that requires someone who can confidently juggle multiple tasks, communicate effectively with clients, and remain calm under pressure.
Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism Managing a busy reception desk and phone system Scheduling appointments and coordinating daily clinic workflow Processing payments and discussing treatment estimates and costs with clients Making follow-up calls regarding treatment estimates, wellness memberships, appointments,
