This evolution has created a newly established leadership opportunity for an experienced HR professional to help shape the future capability of the People function.
About the Role This newly created Lead People Partner role will play a key role in supporting Architectus through its next stage of growth and transformation.
As part of the People Leadership Team, you'll be leading a team of People Partners while managing your own client group, you'll work closely with senior leaders across the business to deliver strategic workforce initiatives, strengthen organisational capability and drive a more consistent, scalable and commercially focused people partnering model.
The role has a significant focus on supporting integration and change initiatives arising from ongoing acquisition activity,



ensuring people practices, systems and service delivery are aligned across a complex multi-studio environment.
You'll also work closely with People Operations and Talent Acquisition leaders to deliver a cohesive people experience across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include: Leading, coaching and developing a team of People Partners Partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational design and capability development Supporting integration, transformation and organisational change initiatives across the business Driving consistency across people frameworks, policies, processes and employee practices Strengthening people reporting, analytics and workforce insights to support business decision-making Enhancing people service delivery models to improve scalability, effectiveness and alignment Facilitating talent and succession discussions to support leadership capability and future workforce needs About You This opportunity will suit a senior HR leader who can operate comfortably at both a strategic and operational level.
You'll bring experience leading HR Business Partnering teams within complex, evolving organisations, along with strong expertise in employee relations, organisational change and workforce transformation.
Credible and commercially minded, you'll be adept at influencing senior stakeholders, improving people practices and systems, and driving business outcomes through periods of growth and change.
Experience within qualified services, consulting, engineering, architecture, construction or other project-based environments will be highly regarded.
