We're looking for a committed and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our retail family at Hobart Airport in a Full-Time capacity.

*Available for morning shifts starting at 5AM (Wednesday-Sunday roster with flexibility to have weekends off) What You'll Do: ✅ Deliver standout customer experiences – lead by example ✅ Guide and support your team to meet service and sales targets ✅ Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards ✅ Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team ✅ Bring accountability, reliability, and positivity to every shift What We're Looking For: ✅ Experience in a team leadership role within a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting ✅ Confident communicator and motivator ✅ A passion for customer service and making people feel welcome ✅ Ability to stay organised, focused,
