This role suits someone who has spent time in the sector and is comfortable working with participants whose support needs are more involved and complex.
About the role Deliver high-quality daily living, community access and personal care supports Work alongside participants with disability and/or lived experience of mental illness, including those with complex or challenging behaviour Implement and follow behaviour support plans, recovery plans and risk management strategies Support participants to build capacity and work towards their own goals Accurate progress notes, incident reporting and documentation in line with NDIS requirements Liaise with families, carers,
