Based in Sydney and reporting directly to the CEO, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact across brand, digital marketing, campaigns, content and stakeholder engagement.
In this hands-on role, you'll drive brand awareness, candidate and client engagement, digital performance and content excellence while ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

Key responsibilities: Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy, content calendar and brand initiatives aligned to business growth goals Lead digital marketing across website, social media, email campaigns, and content channels to drive engagement and brand awareness Plan and deliver marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships, and PR opportunities that strengthen market presence Manage and evolve the Gough brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing collateral, communications, and digital assets Create compelling content including articles, newsletters, reports, presentations, and campaign materials Monitor marketing performance,



manage external suppliers and provide data-driven insights to improve ROI and results About You You are a commercially minded marketing professional who enjoys balancing strategy with execution.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy collaborating with stakeholders and take pride in delivering high-quality work Proven experience in brand, marketing or digital marketing, with a track record of delivering successful campaigns and brand initiatives.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content creation and brand management Excellent copywriting, communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience managing websites, marketing platforms, CRM integrations and performance analytics Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines Commercially minded and data-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving results Creative thinking and a strong eye for content and brand presentation Experience within recruitment, real estate, property or qualified services will be highly regarded but is not essential.
