Job Title Location Property Lawyer (4+ PAE) – Perth Introduction This is an excellent chance for a property lawyer to join a well-established firm and work across a broad mix of commercial and property matters.
You will be part of a collaborative team, advising a diverse client base while continuing to develop your technical and commercial skills.
About the Firm A well-regarded law firm with a long-standing reputation for delivering practical legal solutions across litigation, commercial and corporate law.
The Role Manage a diverse caseload across property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing and development matters.
Draft and negotiate a wide range of documents, including contracts for sale of land, leases, and general commercial agreements.
Provide advice on regulatory and compliance matters, including relevant property legislation and land use issues.




About You You will ideally have 4+ years' post-admission experience in property and general commercial law, with robust drafting and analytical skills.
You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
You will be organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to mentoring junior team members.
