We are seeking dedicated contractors to provide high-quality physiotherapy services to clients across the NDIS and Aged Care sectors in Sydney and Melbourne.
This role offers flexible work packages, allowing you to build ongoing relationships with your clients while working within a local community catchment.
About the Role As a Community Physiotherapist, you will: Provide physiotherapy services to NDIS and Aged Care clients with physical, neurological, and developmental disabilities.
Conduct comprehensive movement and mobility assessments.
Complete manual handling assessments and prescribe appropriate assistive technology, including walking and mobility aids.
Deliver evidence-based interventions, including exercise programs, manual therapy, pain management, and goal-focused rehabilitation.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain effective communication with other allied health professionals involved in client care.
Deliver services in clients' homes and community settings, supporting continuity of care with an ongoing caseload.
About You To be considered, you will have:



Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
Demonstrated experience working with NDIS and/or Aged Care clients.
Strong clinical skills in rehabilitation, pain management, mobility assessment, and assistive technology prescription.
A client-centred approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
A current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
