DNC Labs Pty Ltd are looking for a full time Senior Retail Manager to join our growing team.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for: Managing the budget and stock orders, sourcing goods and vendor negotiations Making strategic decisions and reporting directly to senior executives on operational goals Planning and implementing promotional offers and sales in line with stock availability and demand Planning, overseeing and implementing sales of products to customers in a way which boosts customer satisfaction and develops relationships Price setting and purchasing policies including return and exchange policy Liaising and dealing with stockists Recording and reporting on stock levels, budgets OH S compliance About you:



At least 2 years relevant expense in a high volume retail setting Relevant qualifications highly regarded If you possess the following skills, we would love to hear from you: Effective leadership and management skills Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving experience Proven ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs Proficiency in using computer systems Strong communication skills among all stakeholders Dedicated work ethic and eye for detail and accuracy We are offering a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum + superannuation depending on the candidate .
